VR people rock. We are fun and diverse, we work hard and play hard. When our developers release code into the wild, it is immediately used by thousands of customers. It is nice to hear our customers say; “We can’t succeed without your tools!” Oh and we have the best damn coworkers that we have ever encountered. However, it’s better to hear it from the source:
I keep saying this - I don't feel like there's any dead wood at VR, and *especially* not on my team
When the customers really appreciate what you're doing for them it gives all employees a greater sense of pride for the company they work for. Even though I don't personally spend a lot of time interacting with customers, when people recognize your place of business out in the world, the company's reputation becomes your reputation to these people.
