Benchmarking study captures email response data for companies based on industry and list size

The benchmarking study examines open, click-through, bounce and unsubscribe results for companies based on both industry and mailing list size.

During the first quarter of 2006, thousands of companies combined to email hundreds of thousands of campaigns through the VerticalResponse system, all of which were analyzed to arrive at the data contained within the report.
