The awards were presented at the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service℠ gala. The event was held February 25 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

The Gold Stevie-winning customer support team had a banner year, launching various programs to improve customer service and strengthen team-building. The results include improved scores on key service quality metrics that exceeded expectations, and the launch of “Project Odyssey,” an initiative that enables top-performing support reps to spend time on projects with other departments and explore different career paths.
The sales coordinator team, which won a silver Stevie, expanded significantly over the course of the year to support growing customer acquisition efforts across the company. The team was lauded for taking on several new responsibilities including conversion calls, follow-up calls and outbound calling campaigns that resulted in higher-than-average conversion rates.

Additionally, more than 100 members of eight specialized judging committees determined Stevie Award placements from among the finalists during final judging this year.
