Alt Text

Alt text is a description of an image and isn’t displayed to the end user unless the image can’t be shown. Special web browsers for visually challenged people rely on the alt text to make the content of images accessible to the users.

Email – Alt text is important because this information can help your readers know what’s going in the email and convince them to turn on images.

Website- Alt text is important because search engines can’t tell one picture from another so they use this description instead. The copy in your alt text can also be good for SEO purposes if you use relevant keywords here.
