As a direct marketing expert herself, Erin came to VerticalResponse first as a customer managing successful campaigns for a Napa, CA Marketing Service Provider- so it’s not surprising she vows to keep the conversation flowing with our passionate user community. Erin brings over 13 years experience managing global marketing campaigns for technology companies.
Richard Huffaker
Community Education & Training Manager, VerticalResponse
As the Community Education and Training Manager, Richard is dedicated to ensuring all VerticalResponse users have access to the information they need to succeed with their Email and Direct Mail marketing efforts. Richard started at VerticalResponse almost three years ago as a customer service rep (and semi-official company photographer), and quickly worked his way up to the position of Email Delivery & Policy Enforcement Manager. The time spent in both these roles has provided him a wealth of experience dealing with every aspect of both the VerticalResponse product and email marketing best practices.

As Director of Sales for VerticalResponse, Alex brings a wealth of sales and management experience in the on demand space for the SMB market. Leading VerticalResponse's sales operations, Alex is responsible for maintaining the success of VerticalResponse customers while driving the new business development strategy for the company. Prior to his current role, Alex was responsible for the salesforce.com channel of VerticalResponse, which lead to and continues to be ranked as the #1 most downloaded application out of over 700 salesforce.com partner applications.
