What's an Affiliate Program?

An Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring your site visitors to our web site. You can get started by placing links or graphics on your site, which direct people to our site. Each time a person you refer signs up for an account and sends a "test" email, we will pay you $2.00. And when that person makes a purchase, we'll pay you $25.00. It's that easy!

What's in it for me, my site, and my visitors?

As an Affiliate, you can add value and content to your site by offering VerticalResponse. Plus, you will have the opportunity to make money with very little effort! Visitors who need an easy-to-use and cost-effective email marketing tool will definitely appreciate VerticalResponse as it has been recognized as a leader in the self-service email marketing industry. In addition, our knowledgeable customer support staff provides a high level of service to all clients using our system.

Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?

No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply, there is no minimum sales requirement, and you can cancel at any time.

Can a web site outside the United States be an Affiliate?

Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world. Since our product is a web-based application it can be used by anyone with access to the internet. All commission checks to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars.

I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?

Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You will have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your different sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites and have payments consolidated into one check for your convenience.

How do I sign up?

First, you must fill out our Affiliate Application and agree to the terms of our Affiliate Agreement. Once you've submitted your application, we will contact you (via e-mail) with easy-to-follow instructions on how to get started.

Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate?

Most sites qualify for participation in our program. Anyone may submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a membership at any time if we feel the site contains objectionable material.

How do I create links?

We have an automatic tag generator on VerticalResponse's Affiliate Site that creates HTML for you to add into your web site. It's so easy to use even beginners can create links in just seconds. You don't even need to know HTML!

Can I use VerticalResponse's content on my site?

Yes, you can use logos, graphics, photos and product descriptions.

How do I know how much I've sold and earned?

Through VerticalResponse's Affiliate Site you can access reports (updated daily) that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, test email sends, new customers and commissions earned.

How often do I get paid?

We will send you a check every month based on the previous month's referral activity.

What about product returns?

If a user asks for a refund or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

How will you know that the orders came from my site?

All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that each time a user comes to us via your site, you will receive credit if that person makes a purchase. This is made possible with HTML links we create for you through a tag generator on VerticalResponse's Affiliate Site.
