VerticalResponse is excited to announce the release of our newest version of VerticalResponse for AppExchange.  Built on salesforce.com’s Winter ’07 platform, our latest app offers many new features enabling you to send and track targeted campaigns in just minutes.

New Reporting Features:
Custom Objects, Campaign Preview, Custom Reports & Dashboards

VR Email History custom objects on the Lead and Contact pages layouts display response behaviors for every email campaign you send.  All statuses (Sent, Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed) are tracked and never overwritten during the lifetime of the campaign.

View the actual email content sent to individual Leads and Contacts with “Campaign Preview.”  Simply drill down into the detail page of a VR Email History entry to see the message they received.

Custom Reports enable you to isolate specific audiences for targeted follow up campaigns.  Quickly identify Leads and Contacts that have Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed or performed no action (i.e. Non-Responders). 

Custom Dashboards allow you to monitor and display your email campaign performance over time, right within your salesforce.com account.

New Email Campaign Options:
Access Salesforce Mail Templates

You will now have a 4th option when creating a new email campaign: Salesforce Mail Templates.  Simply choose from any existing mail templates that exist within your salesforce.com account to use this content for an outgoing mass email.

Using our dynamic Merge Field Editor you can quickly convert your salesforce.com merge fields into VerticalResponse format.  This will allow you to personalize the emails you are sending based on data tied to your Leads and Contacts.
