Tips and Tricks

Active users Report

Ever wondered who really opens/clicks your emails and if they open or  click on them on a consistent basis? You can create a active users report, where you will have all the aggregate information in report for opens and clicks. You can then target the most active users within your list.

Methods that you might want to use for this report:

Not only can you determine who are the most active users, but you can also determine who has not opened any of your messages. Send them a text only message asking them to add your email address into their address book.

It's also a good idea to put a sentence in all your emails reminding your users to add your name to their address book. This ensures your email doesn't end up in the spam filters.

Question of the Month

Q: What's the difference between the Partner and Enterprise API?

A: The Enterprise API is a subset of the Partner API. The main difference is that the Partner API will allow you to manage accounts. It lets you create, edit, impersonate and enumarate accounts.

Enhancements

We have exposed two methods in our documentation. enumerateLists() and enumerateEmailCampaigns(). This will simplify your access to campaigns and lists within your account.
