Schedule an Email for Launch

When you're ready to launch your email, you can schedule it to go out in the near or distant future, or you can choose to have it sent out as soon as possible.

  1. If you schedule it in advance, you still need to Launch the email after scheduling. After Launch, the email will sit in your account until your scheduled date & time. You can always cancel it before the scheduled time if needed.
  2. If you choose to have the email go out as soon as possible, be sure to keep our approval windows in mind. These windows fall every two hours between 7 AM and 7 PM Pacific Time (10 AM to 10 PM EST) seven days a week. This means if you launch an email out at 8:30 AM Pacific, it will be approved between 8:30 and no later than the next window at 9:00 AM. So if you have a very specific time you want an email to go out, you should schedule it for that time and launch it at least one approval window in advance - it will be approved and then sit in your account until your scheduled launch time.
