Edit a Mailing List

Once you've uploaded a list, you'll have several options for editing it. These options can be accessed through the Actions link seen to the far right of the list. Through this actions link, you can:

  1. Add new records to the list: either one at a time using the Add New Record option, or by uploading a new file using the Append File option. If you do merge a new file with a list, any duplicates will be automatically removed during upload.
  2. View and Search through the list. This is a great way to examine or edit individual records.
  3. Customize List - this option allows you to change the order in which fields are displayed in your records, and to add new fields to your records.
  4. Download, Rename, and Delete. All three of these are pretty straight forward.
