Edit a Mailing List
Once you've uploaded a list, you'll have several options for editing it. These options can be accessed through the Actions link seen to the far right of the list. Through this actions link, you can:
- Add new records to the list: either one at a time using the Add New Record option, or by uploading a new file using the Append File option. If you do merge a new file with a list, any duplicates will be automatically removed during upload.
- View and Search through the list. This is a great way to examine or edit individual records.
- Customize List - this option allows you to change the order in which fields are displayed in your records, and to add new fields to your records.
- Download, Rename, and Delete. All three of these are pretty straight forward.
