Process Unsubscribes & Bounces

VerticalResponse automatically handles any unsubscribes and bounces from your emails on your behalf. This means if an address is unsubscribed, you don't have to worry about accidentally mailing that address (or paying to mail it) since it will automatically be marked as unmailable from within your account. We understand you may still need this data to update your off-line records, however, and so we give you several ways to access this data:

1. You can download all the unsubscribes and bounces for your account by going to Lists > Download Center
2. You can get the unsubs / bounces for individual lists by using the Download option found within each list's Actions menu.
3. You can download this data from individual email campaigns by going to Reports > Choosing Download Lists from the Actions menu for the sent email > and then opting to download a spreadsheet of unsubs and bounces.
