Add Fields to a Form

There are no real limits on how much info you can collect with a VR created form - you can use our standard fields or create any number of your own custom fields. What are your options when adding fields to your form?

  1. Field Column - From here you can choose what info you want to collect. If you create a custom field, then whatever name you give it within this column will be the same name used for the field within your list.
  2. Required Column - Use the checkboxes to set a field as required or not required for completion.
  3. Type Column - Here you can set a field as a Text Box or a Checkbox.
  4. Form Label Column - This allows you to set the display name for each field.
  5. Action Column - The options in this column can be used to delete a field, or change the order of the fields.
