Build an Email Using Saved SF Template

If you have any custom Salesforce templates saved in your account or Salesforce org, you can use those templates to build a VerticalResponse email. Here's how:

1. Selecting the New Email option within your VR Email area will bring up five options for building an email. The fifth option is called Salesforce Mail Templates. Click the Refresh button to view all your available templates.
2. The templates will be sorted in the drop down menu based on the folders in which they're saved in Salesforce.
3. If you don't see the SF template you're looking for, make sure its been saved to a custom folder within Salesforce and has been marked as Available for Use. You can find this info under Setup > Personal Setup > Email > My Templates.
4. The editing tools we provide to edit your SF Template email are the same tools provided with our Canvas editor. So learning about either of these apps will prepare you to use the other.
