Create a List Using a Lead / Contact Query

- You can set search parameters using standard, custom, account, and owner level fields.
- There are no size restrictions on your query results. You can pull over as many records as you need for your list.
- Each filter in a search is treated as an AND filter. Meaning if you have one filter set to "Lead-City" "equals" "San Francisco, Chicago" and another filter set as "Owner-FirstName" "equals" "Richard" then your search would find every lead in San Francisco or Chicago owned by Richard. Separating multiple items with commas within individual filters will create OR searches (as with San Francisco, Chicago in the above example).
Any lead / contact records marked as opt-out will be suppressed from your list. This ensures you don't accidentally email someone who has previously requested not to hear from your company.
