Access Email History Reports

VerticalResponse for AppExchange includes two custom Salesforce reports that detail who opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, or didn't respond to any or all of your emails. Access these reports by going to your Reports tab and then using the Report Folders drop down menu to choose the VR Email History Lead or Email History Contact options. Each section includes six reports.

1. Drilling down to a specific report will bring up any emails that have data that matches the report. So choosing the Leads: Opened report will show you every email that has been opened by at least one Lead and then list all the leads that opened each email.
2. If you only want to see reporting for a certain email or emails click the checkbox next to the email titles and use the drill down menu at the bottom of the page to view only the specific emails you've chosen.
3. These reports can be used just like any other Salesforce report: you can export them, add them to a campaign, easily sort them, customize them, etc.
