Track Opens, Clicks, Bounces, etc..
VerticalResponse automatically tracks the response rate for your email, and you can access this data within your Recently Sent Emails section under VR Email or through the VR Statistics tab. You can also update this data to Salesforce to use with reports, email history objects, dashboards, etc. What do we track?
- Your total opens, open % and individual openers. We don't track opens twice, so no matter how many times a recipient opens your email, they'll still only count as one open.
- Total clicks, click % and individual clickers. You can see exactly how each link performed, and also see which links each individual recipient clicked.
- Total bounces, bounce % and individual bouncers. We process bounces on your behalf to make sure you don't mail bad addresses again (or pay to mail them). You can still access this data in your reports, though.
- Total unsubscribes, unsub % and individual unsubs. As with bounces, we process unsubs on your behalf so that you don't have to worry with them. You can also access this data in your reports.
