Use the Crosstab Report

The Crosstab Report generates a chart that compares the answers given to different questions by your recipients. This can help you determine if there is any possible correlation between the answers to one question & the answers to another. Some examples of how you might use a Crosstab Report:

1. In a Customer Satisfaction survey you could use crosstab to compare the answers to a question like "How would you rate our support" to answers to "Would you recommend our service to others?" Poor ratings in support would likely correlate to a lower willingness to recommend the service.
2. If you asked your participants their age, salary, etc, then you could directly compare how this personal information impacts other answers (if at all). Are the answers fairly evenly spread out regardless of age, or do the answers to a specific question appear to be influenced by the age group of the respondent?
