Use the Summary, List, & Individual Reports

How do each of these reports work?

1. The Summary report provides a breakdown of how respondents answered your questions. Charts, heat maps, and pie charts are all used to illustrate this info. Much of the data within the summary report is hyperlinked, and clicking on this data will both create a filter (take a look at the filter tutorial or the summary demo vid to learn more) and push you to the List report.
2. The List report is very simply a list of all the people who completed your survey (if you created a blind survey, then each person will be listed as anonymous and include an ID Number), or a list of people who gave specific answers to specific questions based on your filters. Clicking a respondent will push you to the Individual report.
3. The Individual report shows the answers a specific respondent gave to your questions.

You can print (we format the data for printing), export to a PDF or CSV file, or create a new list from the Summary and List data by using the links in the upper right hand corner of both pages.
