After gaining its first real estate client in 2006, booj realized how far behind the real estate industry was in Web technology. A key selling feature of The Enterprise Network was its CRM (customer relationship management) system – a unified technology platform used by all the agents in the Network to manage their customer communications. booj needed to partner with an email marketing service provider that offered a robust API, so that agents can quickly and efficiently manage their email campaigns from the CRM system
