    If you want a sidebar on your Twitter page, you’ll need to create a custom-made Twitter background/image, say in Photoshop. You’ll want to place the sidebar on the background image to the left at about 200 pixels wide.

    Here’s a Photoshop tutorial I found that may be of help!
